Issues

Downtown Revitalization – Create an attractive and economically vibrant downtown without compromising our unique heritage.

Density – Complete the Comprehensive Plan re-write and determine appropriate density levels.
 
Preservation – Preserve our small town charm by protecting our neighborhoods, our trees, our green space and our history.

Fiscal Responsibility– Continue to reduce government spending and give priority in the CIP to infrastructure needs (streetlights, sidewalks, water & sewer repair, and roads).

Transportation – Continue to plan for and support bringing Rail to Dulles.

The Economy – Encourage business development to offset dependence on residential tax revenues.  Continue to combat overcrowding issues that degrade our neighborhood home values.
